HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR TOWNSQ?

Click HERE and enter your HOA dues account number and zip code (physical property address)

Be sure to edit your email preferences so you never miss an update.

WHERE DO I FIND MY ACCOUNT NUMBER?

You can find your account number in your billing statement or coupon book that is mailed to you each year. If you cannot locate your account number, please contact our Customer Service team at 855-289-6007.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A REQUEST TO MANAGEMENT THROUGH TOWNSQ?

Once you have logged in to TownSq, click the “Requests” link on the menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen. 

I'M A RENTER/ROOMMATE/PARTNER. CAN I ACCESS TOWNSQ ALSO?

Yes! Contact your landlord/homeowner and ask them to set you up as an 'OCCUPANT'. Once logged in, this can be found in the dropdown next to their name. They will then select FAMILY MEMBER or TENANT and add your information.

I'M GETTING AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO REGISTER FOR TOWNSQ. CAN YOU HELP?

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL PREFERENCES FOR TOWNSQ NOTIFICATIONS? 

Once you have logged in to TownSq, you can edit your notification preferences by editing your profile. To edit your profile, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the TownSq page and a drop-down will appear with the “Edit Profile” link.

I FORGOT MY TOWNSQ PASSWORD. HOW CAN I RESET IT?
