Birchbrook Manor is a condominium association located at the SE corner of Matilda Street and Birchbrook Drive in central Dallas Texas. The property was built in the mid 1960's, and consists of 62 homes in 9 two-story garden style buildings. A pool and clubhouse are centrally located within the property.
